Shipping:
ZOE ONA ships within the European Union and internationally. Shipping fees vary based on the destination and order value.
FREE SHIPPING on orders over €300 within the European Union, UK and Switzerland. Orders under €300 will be charged a €15,99 shipping fee.
FREE SHIPPING on international orders except the EU, UK and Switzerland over €500. Orders under €500 will be charged a €29,99 shipping fee.
Customers may incur customs duties for orders outside the EU. Shipping takes 3-4 working days to process, and tracking numbers are provided once the parcel leaves the warehouse.
